    Has the image in step 3 defeated the purpose of filling in the QR code? or did you obfuscate the email address?

    That’s just to access the application. It will be a short interview if you can’t produce the finished code in person.

    @Brian: Smartphones are free with new contracts. If you don’t have a smartphone you aren’t living in 2013.

      @MS: Some of us don’t want to pay for the ridiculously-priced data plans. I’m already paying for internet at home. Why would I want to pay for a data plan that would cost me more than I’m paying for home internet?

        no-contract plans are awesome because they are truly unlimited. i dont understand why people sign up for expensive lengthy contracts! no-contract services such as Cricket here in the NW have great reception & service as well. i want to convert everyone!
