A poem by a hungry cat
We’ve seen poetry from a sad cat that some said didn’t seem quite cattish enough. I think we can all agree, however, that this poem from a hungry cat is pretty much spot on…

that reminds me of a haiku i once wrote for my cat.
the original has 22 syllables rather than words, but maybe you could let that slide.
it goes:
sumanai ga
aishiteru no de
nanka kure
which translates to:
pardon me, but
i love you, so
give me something
hf
