    hah…shutter. I meant shudder.

Why not just snare the warren and come back in a couple hours? Also I’m assuming he;s catching them to eat so why is he worried about hurting them?

  4. Chris says:

Someone has questionable decision making skills, and he’s holding four venomous snakes by the tails.

  5. Paul says:

Catch lethal snakes. Put Snakes in canvass bag. Carry bag around whilst putting nets over Rabbit holes. Take lethal snakes out of bags. Poke them down a hole. Wait ……. Wait ……… Wait …… Get Rabbits whilst lethal snakes wait in hole. There MUST be an easier and less life threatening way to catch a rabbie. Who’s to say the Rabbits didn’t just leave their holes to go munch some grass. What an idiot.

The red bellied black snake does have a toxic bite, but there is no record of a fatal attack in Australia. This snake injects a very small amount of venom

  10. Eddie says:

So what happens to the snakes after he’s got the rabbit(s)? Does he just leave them inside the rabbit holes?
It seems to me that this is a good way to turn the rabbits extinct – since the snakes will surely eat their litter.

    What an idiot.

    • Rachael says:

Rabbits aren’t native of Australia anyways. They were brought there on ships so sailors would have food when they stopped there. Soon, they got out of hand and the government ended up paying people to kill them. They literally raped crops and destroyed everything in their path. I think it might be impossible for rabbits to go extinct, hence the expression “breed like rabbits.”
