On their way to film a more typical tourism video, a camera crew in Newfoundland came upon a scene that has turned into what is definitely an atypical tourism video and what might be among the best travel ads ever — a pygmy goat riding a horse…
The owner of the farm where this was filmed has four little goats, and she says they all regularly ride the horse…
The goats like to always…be close to the horse, and when she lies down, they lie down on her back…. And, of course, goats being goats — you know, they’re pretty sure-footed little things — [the horse] gets up and most of the time they’ll just stay on and go for a ride around the farm.
