    Having grown up on a dairy farm, I must say that letting cows out for the first time in spring is one of my favorite memories!

    way to make a doomed animal seem so happily ever after….. great footage and song, but sad . yes i do eat cow meat, still sad though

      Doomed animal? Those are holsteins. Better known as dairy cattle. We don’t eat those.

        You eat a Holstein every time you eat a fast food burger.

        What do you think happens to dairy cattle when they get old- go to a big old Retirement Barn?
