Jeffrey and Jermaine are 8-month-old puppies and brothers who ended up as strays in  Philadelphia’s Operation Ava shelter.

Jeffrey happens to be blind, which could easily mean trouble for the lovable pup. However, never fear, his brother Jermaine has learned to be his “seeing eye dog.”

    Must everybody keep moving, waving, and jiggling the camera? It’s very annoying. I wish they had shown the sighted dog actually helping out the blind dog somewhere in this video.
