Ok, if we want to get technical, WHITE chocolate also exists.
But that’s hardly the same as chocolate-chocolate. It’s closer to “sweet butter” or something similar.
And if you really want to split hairs, you've got dark chocolate, which is really just chocolate without the milk that many of us love.
But dark chocolate, a favorite of sophisticated diners, doesn’t quite have the sweetness that many of us seek.
So why aren't there MORE colors of chocolate?
