Yesterday, U.S. Olympic swimmer Dana Vollmer won gold in the hundred-meter butterfly in record-setting time.

So how did she prepare for this remarkable feat? She ate one of the weirdest meals possible…

What we’re all wondering: “You mean you eat those things separately, right? Not, like, all together…”

Nope…

Well, alright then. You can’t argue with results.

    It’s actually a somewhat common meal in parts of Africa to mix rice, milk, peanut butter, and peanuts.
