- 3 cups organic mixed greens (baby kale, collard greens, spinach)
- 3 persian cucumbers
- 1 cup of parsley (stemmed)
- 1 ½ cups soy, hemp, rice, almond or coconut milk (what’s your fav?)
- 1 cup water
- 2 organic apples (cored)
- ½ lemon (remove seeds)
- 3-4 cubes of ice
Add water to reach desired consistency.
Fun, Flavorful Extras
Add your own twist to the recipe by adding fresh ginger, cinnamon, or nutmeg. Want it sweeter? Try maple syrup, agave, dates or honey. For more fiber and protein try adding flax meal, wheat germ, chia seeds, hemp meal, or flax seeds.

- Add lighter ingredients first like leafy greens, parsley followed by apples, cucumbers, lemon and ice
- Add liquid ingredients (soy milk, water, etc)
- Select Variable 1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 8. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Stop machine and remove lid. Add any fun, flavorful extras (see above)
- Select Variable 1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
