Working at a fast food restaurant comes with a whole set of challenges. You spend your shift running around trying to please every customer and your clothes always smell like fry grease (no matter how often you wash them). Unfortunately, you also need to be prepared when things go awry — whether that means the soda machine is broken... or a giant soda bottle is trying to rob you.
Rally's (or Checkers, depending on where you're located) is one of the best fast food restaurants around.
Ever since the first Rally’s opened in Mobile, Alabama in 1985, the restaurant has been a favorite of people all over the country.
And for good reason!
Their burgers are phenomenal and their fries are the total bomb.com.
Perfectly crispy, expertly seasoned…
Anyone else going to Rally’s for lunch?
Unfortunately, the Rally’s restaurant in Henderson, Kentucky had something rather unpleasant happen earlier this week.
On the morning of September 25, an armed gunman robbed the Rally's restaurant.
There was only one person working at the Rally’s at the time, and no one was hurt.
The suspect fled the scene in a grey minivan.
He also made off with more than $500.
Obviously, this is a pretty startling way to start your workday.
However, there was something about this robbery that truly sets it apart.
As it turns out, the robber was wearing a Coca-Cola costume at the time of the robbery.
We know what you’re thinking.
Is there video?
Good news! There is…
