Wonder Woman smashed records and the patriarchy in its opening weekend — earning over $103 million — which was the largest opening for a female director in history.

As if that wasn’t enough, it’s also the first superhero film with a female lead coming from either the DC or Marvel universes, so they are women hear them roar!
Which brings us to the star, Gal Gadot, who totally kicks ass in the film — literally.
But it turns out she’s even more badass than anyone could have imagined, because it’s been revealed that Gadot was five months pregnant during reshoots for the movie.
Let's let that sink in for a minute.
That means when Wonder Woman went into reshoots last November, six months after original filming completed, Gadot was mere months away from birthing her second child, her daughter Maya.
She is literally a superhero.
Director Patty Jenkins told Entertainment Weekly that nothing could faze Gadot: “She’s pregnant during part of the movie, in a suit out in a field in the freezing cold in others,” Jenkins explained. “There are so many things we asked her to do: Now do it on one foot. Now shout while you’re doing it. Now it’s raining in the freezing cold and you’ve lost your voice, go. Everyday it was a hilarious gauntlet and she would do it.”
So how did they hide her pregnancy in the film?
The crew cut a hole in the front of her costume and covered her belly with neon green cloth, effectively making her stomach a miniature green screen.
