That simple piece of advice would send our young imaginations running wild, thinking of the carnage that these common machines could do to our shoes, clothes, or bodies. Well, it turns out that our worst-case scenarios weren't too far off from what really happens when escalator rides go bad. Take a look, and try not to curl your toes TOO hard looking at the damage done.
