This Pesto Is A Meal-Maker

  via : Amazon

If you’re scrambling to come up with a meal idea and it’s already dinnertime and the kids are starving, look no further than a jar of pesto. With this miracle condiment, you can have restaurant-worthy meals using up the dregs of your fridge or pantry. I stir a dollop into spaghetti, use it to top eggs, as a dipping sauce for grilled meats – the possibilities are endless. (I especially like this brand since it uses cashews instead of walnuts, which I’m allergic to.)

This Popcorn Is My Ideal Snack

  via : Amazon

I’ll be the first to admit it, I’m obsessed with snacking. Specifically the salty, crunchy kind. I love these single-serving bags of popcorn because they’re portion-controlled but also it feels like you get to eat a lot because there’s way more in the bag than an equivalent calorie amount of potato chips. They’re perfect as a mid-morning snack or to round out a light lunch. I eat these almost every day with an apple peanut butter sandwich (yes, my eating habits have reverted to a kid state due to my own picky eaters!)

This Olive Oil For Cooking & Salad Dressings

  via : Amazon

Olive oil is one of those pantry staples I’m never without – it’s so versatile. I use it for roasting veggies, marinating meats, drizzling on salads, making homemade pizza, even making olive oil cakes! This is Amazon’s own brand, and it has over 700 glowing reviews and the price is amazing!

These Bagel Chips Are A Snack Lover’s Dream

  via : Amazon

Remember how I said I loved salty, crunchy snacks? These bagel chips are no exception. They’re sea salt and black pepper flavored and the crisp bite is just so delicious. It’s a snack that would be a total pain to make at home, but it’s so convenient when it’s done for you! I love these topped with a little cream cheese for an extra treat.

This Garlic Salt For Nearly Everything

  via : Amazon

Hello, my favorite seasoning. I put garlic salt on virtually everything to kick it up to the next level. It’s great in marinades or just sprinkled over meat before you grill, as a quick and dirty way to make garlic bread (just toast your bread, spread with butter then sprinkle this on it – to die for!), and a natural on roasted veggies. I’d be hard pressed to think of savory food I wouldn’t put this on!

These Smoky Almonds Are So So Good

  via : Amazon

These smokehouse almonds are out of this world if you like that particular flavor. My husband has been known to eat most of a bag of these by himself in one sitting, they’re that good! The smoky flavor just goes so well with the almonds for a unique, tasty snack I can’t get enough of. They come in a 1lb bag – hopefully you have more self control than my hubs so it’ll last you a while!

This Almond Butter Is Flavored With Vanilla

  via : Amazon

Almond butter on its own? Delicious. Almond butter flavored with vanilla? On a whole new plane of existence! I love the smooth, not overpowering (like peanut butter) taste of almond butter but with added vanilla, it’s just heavenly. I like to mix this with apple chunks, ice and a little milk for a smoothie that taste just like apple pie. Omg so good.

These Kind Bars Are A Perfect Pick-Me-Up

  via : Amazon

That afternoon slump, when it’s 3PM and dinner’s still hours away, but you don’t want to overdo it on the snacking front? These Kind bars are the answer. I love the mix of almonds and cranberries, no questionable ingredients in sight. They’re just enough to tide me over until dinnertime, and I don’t feel guilty because everything in it is healthy for me.

These Dried Cranberries Are An Excellent Finishing Touch

  via : Amazon

We always have a big bag of these dried cranberries on hand. The kids use them to make homemade trail mix, just add a handful of nuts and maybe some chocolate chips if you’re feeling sassy. They’re also great in chicken salad, in homemade granola or thrown into a bowl of cereal to make mornings that much sweeter. You can also just eat them by the handful, ask me how I know!

These Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels Are to Die For

  via : Amazon

It’s no wonder these peanut butter filled pretzels are an Amazon best seller, they’re freaking delicious! I love the combination of sweet and salty that makes me just want to keep eating these things all day long. You get a huge tub of them, which is good news ’cause you’re gonna need it. Once you start, it’s pretty impossible to stop chowing down!

This Spindrift Sparkling Water Tastes Like Juice

  via : Amazon

I love seltzer water, but sometimes I wish it was a little more flavorful. Prayers answered with this Spindrift in raspberry lime. The best part? It tastes like juice! And it’s a pretty pink color since it’s made with real raspberries, no artificial flavors. Another plus? It’s only 9 calories per can and 1 gram of sugar, so you can enjoy to your heart’s content without a sugar overload!

This Lazy Susan Organizes My Life

  via : Amazon

Every kitchen should have at least one lazy susan. They’re so convenient in cupboards with hard to reach corners, in the fridge to hold condiments, in the pantry to hold essentials or even as a rotating spice rack. They just make everything so much easier to find, and this one is so much easier to clean than removing everything from your cabinets or fridge in case something spills.

This Fiji Water Is So Smooth

  via : Amazon

I don’t know how they do it, but this Fiji water is the smoothest thing around. I’m not a huge water fan, but I’ll make an exception for this stuff. It’s just so incredibly delicious, which is not something you hear often about plain water. Even the bottle is gorgeous!

These Rice Krispie Treats Are Kid-Favorites

  via : Amazon

Another treat I love eating but hate making? These rice krispie treats are *almost* as good as homemade, and kids love them. My kids eat their body weight in these every week it seems, they’re just so convenient to snack on! I also love them for school lunches because there’s a heart-shaped space on the front of the package where you can write a sweet note to the kiddos.

This Oatmeal Squares Cereal Is Beyond Good

  via : Amazon

My love for crunchy things doesn’t stop at snacks – this Oatmeal Squares cereal is one of my favorite breakfast foods, and I don’t say that lightly! It’s *just* sweet enough without being cloying, and it stays crispy for a long time even when it’s drowned in milk. I like to eat ’em by the handful too at snacktime. Which, let’s be honest, is all the time.

These Goldfish Packs Are Kid Necessities

  via : Amazon

Another snack my kids plow through like nothing is these handy Goldfish packs. I love that it comes in single servings since a regular bag can often go stale. This is a variety pack, so there’s something for everyone – original cheddar flavor, pretzel and honey graham crackers, all of which are delicious.

This Tiered Storage Organizes Everything

  via : Amazon

Wouldn’t it be nice to look into your cabinet and see all your spices displayed so you can find what you need easily? Mine are currently jammed in a kitchen drawer, which is why I need this tiered organizer to keep things in order. It’s not limited to spices either, you can organize small items like baking accessories as seen in the pic, small bits and bobs that otherwise would get lost, pretty much anything that needs corralling.

These Chewy Granola Bars Are The Best School Snack

  via : Amazon

I want to be sure my kids aren’t just filling up on empty calories at school, they need something of substance in their bellies so they can do their best learning. I love these Chewy granola bars because they’re so portable, you can eat ’em with one hand, and they’re actually pretty nutritious for something that contains chocolate chips.

This Honest Kids Juice Has Way Less Sugar

  via : Amazon

Another lunchbox staple? These Honest Kids juice pouches. They taste amazing (especially Appley Ever After) so I know my kids will drink them, and they have way less sugar than regular juice boxes. They come in six flavors, my kids seem to love them all (except I think the Berry Lemonade tastes like stomach acid, but my kids like it so…). We always have these on hand whether they’re in school or on summer break – you can even freeze them for a slushy treat on hot days!

This Cornbread Mix Is Delicious

  via : Amazon

My husband loves to make cornbread in a cast iron skillet all year round, whether it’s chili season or not. Sometimes we don’t have all the ingredients to make it from scratch, so this boxed mix is so convenient. I love the sweet flavor and light texture, it cooks up perfectly every time!

This Thai Coconut Cream Is So Decadent

  via : Amazon

Coconut rice pudding. Have you ever had it? Oh man, it’s amazing. But that’s not the only thing this Thai coconut cream can do. Use it in Thai soups, curries, sauces, stews, smoothies, baked goods and more. You can even mix it into homemade ice cream (think coconut ice cream with mango or pineapple chunks!) for an out-of-this-world experience.

This Bone Broth Is Single Serve

  via : Amazon

While I don’t drink bone broth straight like was the trend a few years ago, I do love to use it to make rich chicken soups and stews. I love that these containers are single-serve, because whenever a recipe calls for chicken broth, I always have extra leftover in the large container that ends up going to waste. These are a great size for making a simple cup of soup for yourself or using in a recipe since there’s just over a cup in the container.

These Belvita Crackers Are Life For My Kids

  via : Amazon

It seems like every time I turn around, one of my kids has a package of Belvita crackers in her hands. Whether breakfast, snack, second snack, afternoon snack or after dinner snack, these little bites are their go-to. Even though they’re chocolate flavored, I don’t even feel that bad because they’re loaded with vitamins and minerals so even though they’re a packaged food they’re kinda healthy?

These Veggie Crisps Are So Tasty

  via : Amazon

While I’m under no delusion that eating these veggie crisps is the same as eating actual vegetables, they are incredibly tasty and at least have veggies in the ingredients list. Right? I love to snack on them and so do my kids – they’re pretty much “healthy” potato chips, but they’re just so good I don’t care if they’re borderline junk food.

These Oreo Thins Are Less Guilt-Inducing

  via : Amazon

While Oreos should be a staple in anyone’s pantry, they aren’t top of the charts for nutrition. That’s why I love these Oreo Thins, which take some of the guilt out of junk food. They’re just as tasty as the double-stuff kind (ok, maybe just as tasty as the regular kind) with a lot less volume, so maybe you can even eat more. If you dunk them in milk, that’s sort of a balanced meal, no?

These Sweet And Spicy Rice Cakes Are Killer

  via : Amazon

Perhaps my second favorite flavor combination after sweet and salty is sweet and spicy, and these mini rice cakes take the cake when it comes to tastiness. The combination of crunchy, sweet and spicy is downright addictive, and since they’re rice cakes, you can snack guilt-free because they’re light as air!

This Pantry Organizer Is Key

  via : Amazon

I love whenever I can make something in my home look like a store display, especially stuff like toiletries and pantry items – it just makes organizing more fun and it’s so pleasing when everything’s in its place. This pantry organizer would be amazing because it’s just the right size for mac n’ cheese boxes, which are overflowing my shelves right now. It’s also great for boxed snacks like Pop-Tarts, granola bars and more. And little cans of soda or seltzer fit on the bottome. Oh so cute!

This Kashi Go Lean Cereal Is My Morning Staple

  via : Amazon

Since the coronavirus hit, I’ve been eating the same breakfast and lunch every day. Maybe it’s for a greater sense of control in an unpredictable world, or maybe I’m just a weirdo. What I do know for sure is this Kashi Go Lean cereal is delicious. I have it every morning with frozen blueberries and a splash of milk and it makes my day, seriously. The dried berries and crunchy parts are just so good, and it doesn’t get soggy in milk at all.

These Tostitos With A Hint of Lime Are Nosh-Worthy

  via : Amazon

I love it when tortilla chips are good on their own, no salsa or dips required. These Tostitos with lime are ah-mazing in that respect. The hint of piquant, lip puckering lime flavor is just enough to make these binge-worthy for sure. And they’re not spicy at all, even my kids love ’em!

This Starbucks Double Shot Espresso Will Open Your Eyes

  via : Amazon

It’ll open your eyes and maybe even put a little hair on your chest, but these Starbucks Double Shot Espresso drinks are a surefire way to jumpstart your mornings. My husband likes these when he’s running out the door for work – no need to stop in at an overpriced coffee shop, just grab and go! I’m a tea drinker, so I can’t personally attest to the flavor, but they’ve got over 600 stellar ratings for their smooth espresso and cream goodness.

This Pure Leaf Unsweetened Tea Is Almost As Good As Fresh Brewed

  via : Amazon

At the risk of sounding like a tool, I’m kind of an iced tea connoisseur. I have one every day, whether home-brewed or from my beloved Dunkin’ Donuts, but when I can’t get the real thing, this Pure Leaf unsweetened iced tea is the closest you can get to fresh brewed. Usually bottled tea will taste fake at best, chemical at worst, but this stuff has no added ingredients and just tastes like what it’s supposed to.

This Fettucine Pasta Is A Family Fave

  via : Amazon

My kids would love it if we had fettucine for dinner every night for the rest of their lives probably, they just can’t get enough. They love that it’s easier to twirl and pick up than angel hair or regular spaghetti, and I like the way it stands up to chunky sauce or just butter and cheese. This is from Amazon’s in-house brand, Happy Belly, and the price is better than the name brands at my grocery store!

These Storage Containers Make Everything Tidy

  via : Amazon

How gorgeous are these storage containers? Your pantry can look straight out of a Martha Stewart magazine for not a lot of money with these handy jars. I’d use them to store pasta, flour, lentils, dried beans and other loose bulk food items in an attractive display that lets you find everything easily with the included labels. (When I do put things like lentils or beans in jars instead of their original packaging, I save the cooking instructions and tape them on the back of the container for quick reference. Pro tip!)

These Pineapple Tidbits Are So Convenient

  via : Amazon

Yes, these pineapple tidbits are great for a snack, but they’re also super handy for cooking if you’re making something like teriyaki chicken or Hawaiian pizza where you don’t need to break down a whole pineapple for just the small amount the recipe calls for. These also come in just pineapple juice, not sugary syrup, so the kids can drink it after they eat the snack!

These Sea Salt and Vinegar Chips Make My Eyebrows Sweat

  via : Amazon

Ah, salt and vinegar chips, how I love thee. These super crunchy (yay!) ones from Miss Vickie’s brand are probably my favorite in the world. The mouth-puckering goodness of the vinegar tang makes my eyebrows sweat (in the best way imaginable). It’s almost a fine line between pleasure and pain, but pleasure definitely wins out!

This Tomato Bisque Is So Creamy

  via : Amazon

Usually tomato soup from a can is just thin and blah, but this tomato bisque from Amy’s is full of chunky goodness. It’s incredibly creamy, and has glorious big hunks of tomato that burst with flavor. I love it with a grilled cheese sandwich or garlic bread for a light lunch that’s great anytime but especially in the colder months.

This Teriyaki Beef Jerky Is Dreamy

  via : Amazon

It’s not often that one waxes poetic over beef jerky, but this Teriyaki version from Jack Links is worth getting misty-eyed over. It’s the perfect mix of chewy, salty and sweet and so beefy that it fills you up for a while. I love the individual packages since its so easy to go overboard when snacking on jerky, with these you get the boost of protein but not a salt overload since they’re portion-controlled.
