As reported in Upworthy, a Reddit user revealed that their eighty-year-old grandmother adored Reeves, and so when their uncle spotted him in a restaurant, he knew he had to say something.
Of course, Reeves’ response was super sweet.
The Reddit user explained how their uncle approached the actor’s table to let him know just how much their grandmother loved him, and could even see a likeness with the father of her own children! Reeves then asked if he could give her a call…
Their conversation was truly adorable.
The user goes on to write: “He spoke with my grandmother for several minutes and it absolutely made her year. She was so isolated and his genuine kindness to her and interest in her showed what a truly amazing man he is.”
