Danielle Tirado was fired for a truly bizarre reason.

She refused to grade kids who didn't hand in assignments with anything more than a zero.

Which went against school policy.

Policy demanded she grade at least a 50% - even to assignments that were missing.

This just wasn't something Tirado could get on board with.

"A grade in Mrs. Tirado's class is earned."

"I'm so upset because we have a nation of kids that are expecting to get paid and live their life just for showing up and it's not real."

And to mark her goodbye, she left a message on the board which quickly went viral.

And here it is!
