A GMA interview with Amy Robach has resurfaced on the internet, hinting at her alleged affair with T.J. Holmes.
The interview took place just 2 months prior to when their alleged relationship was revealed to the public.
But before we get into that story, let’s have a look at a brief history of the 2…
He’s been working at ABC News since September 2014.

She’s also a reporter for ABC News, co-anchor of 20/20, and the breaking news anchor/fill-in anchor for Good Morning America.
She served as a national correspondent for NBC News and co-hosted NBC’s Today on Saturdays.
She’s also been an anchor for MSNBC.
Robach attended Brookwood High School in Snellville, Georgia.
She then went on to study at the University of Georgia, where she earned herself a degree in broadcast journalism.
She also attended Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
Since then, she appeared on numerous news programs as a news anchor.
Robach, as well as David Muir, have been the co-anchors of 20/20 since May 2018.
But before becoming a news anchor for ABC News…
Robach began her career working for WCBD in back 1995.
By 1999, she left the station and began working at WTTG in Washington, D.C.
She then later moved to MSNBC, where she worked for 4 years, including a time when she was the morning anchor for 2 hours and a substitute on Weekend Today, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, and Morning Joe.
But whilst appearing on our television when giving the morning news, there’s been a lot going on behind the cameras amongst her colleagues…
It was reported that she and T.J. Holmes had something going on.
And it has been kept a secret — until now.
This comes after they were training together for the New York City half marathon.
The source said the pair were spotted “canoodling” in bars near ABC News back in May.
According to one employee, the couple has gone to extreme lengths to hide their affair.
“They have a very cozy relationship on air, but that is what is expected. But they were very careful behind the scenes to keep their affair secret. The producers at ‘GMA’ are shocked to hear they are having an affair,” the source explained.
New photos published by the Daily Mail showed Robach and Holmes recently cozying up to each other…
And at one point they were even holding hands during various outings in upstate New York and around the city.
As per the media outlet, 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, the co-anchors went on a getaway to a remote cottage where Holmes was seen grabbing Robach’s butt as she leaned into the trunk of a car.
Insiders also told the Daily Mail that the ABC staff was “buzzing about the intimacy between them” while they were in England in June for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Sources told the media outlet that Robach and her husband, as well as Holmes and his wife, Marilee Fiebig, went their separate ways in August.
TMZ revealed that the pair will be taken off of Good Morning America.
Network sources have called the relationship an “internal and external distraction.”
ABC News’ President, Kim Godwin, said: “I want to say that while that relationship is not a violation of company policy, I have really taken the last few days to think about and work through what I think is best for the ABC News organization.”
“This is something I’m not going to talk, we’re not going to talk about on this call until there is more to be said. I’m asking that we stop the whispering in the hallways. You know, we can’t operate with gossip, and speculation and rumors. We need to stay focused on the work.
“If you think there is something that management needs to know, you can always call HR or, as we’ve said, talk to a manager that you trust. If you think there is something that we need to know,” she concluded.
And now, it’s been alleged that Holmes has actually cheated with several women.
Sources have claimed that Holmes has been with at least one other woman prior to his relationships with Robach and Natasha Singh.
According to Page Six, several insiders have claimed that Holmes had a relationship with another co-worker at the network…
Again at the same time, he was married to his wife, Marilee Fiebig.
Fiebig was allegedly “blindsided” by the news of the reported affair.
A source told Page Six: “She’s devastated. She had no idea.”
Since then, an old interview that took place 2 months before Robach and Holme’s alleged relationship became public has been brought back to light.
In the GMA segment, one fan caught Robach making a joke that seemed to allude to her supposed affair with Holmes.
The interview featured Reese Witherspoon, who visited GMA to talk about her newsroom-based drama, T.J. Holmes, and Amy Robach alongside George Stephanopoulos and Michael Strahan.
In the interview, Witherspoon asked Robach, Stephanopoulos, and Straham if they liked her show to which they all happily agreed.
“Of course we do. We’re addicted,” said Stephanopoulos.
Robach agreed, saying: “We love it,” and Strahan joked, “You have no idea. The water cooler conversation.”
Witherspoon then asked: “Does it hit home a little bit?” to which Robach coyly responded, “We could give you a few more plot lines.”
One fan was quick to notice the response and wrote on Twitter: “omg the audacity is enviable … no need for Reese’s boring old show … damn imma gain 10 pounds from all this buttered popcorn.”
