Ariana Grande is giving away $1,000,000 worth of therapy to fans who can't afford it.

The "Into You" singer has partnered with Better Help, an organization that offers "affordable" online counseling sessions to all of its members. The company matches people to a licensed therapist and even offers the first month for free. After that, members will have the option to renew their contract, with a potential fifteen percent off their second month.

Posting to Instagram, Grande announced that she was "thrilled" about the partnership.

"Thrilled to be working with @betterhelp to give away $1,000,000 of free therapy!" she said, "While acknowledging that therapy should not be for a privileged few but something everyone has access to and acknowledging that this doesn't fix that issue in the long run, I really wanted to do this anyway in hopes of inspiring you to dip a toe in, to feel okay asking for help, and to hopefully rid your minds of any sort of self-judgment in doing so!"

Other celebrities commended the star for the incredible partnership, including Demi Lovato who has had their own experiences in therapy. Taraji P. Henson also commented under the post writing: "My lil sweet pea just being her sweet self. Keep going Queen."

Back in May, the singer also promoted a tonne of different organizations and helplines (via @soyouwanttotalkabout) for Mental Health Awareness Month.

"Here's to ending the stigma around mental health and normalizing asking for help," she wrote, "Healing isn't linear, fun, quick or at all easy but we are here and we've got to commit to making this time as healthy, peaceful and beautiful as possible. The work is so hard but we are capable and worth it. sending so much love and strength."

You go, girl! We need to normalize therapy because there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed about when it comes to getting help. If you're looking. for some services for yourself, or someone you know, check out the post above for some helpful sources.
