Disney characters will always be an essential part of all of our lives.

From listening and watching these incredible stories about magic and happy endings, it was hard not to get enticed by the idea.

The princesses have proved to be the most popular.

Cinderella, Jasmine, Aurora, Tiana, there are so many to choose from and so many to relate to.

But that doesn't mean other characters haven't stolen our hearts too.

Disney have gone above and beyond to create a world where anything is possible, where characters like a talking dragon can exist - yes, Mulan is also another one of our favorite Disney films!

But one group doesn't get as much attention as they deserve...

The Disney animals.

One artist has decided to re-imagine some of the most popular ones as human characters.

Isabelle Staub is an artist who wants to leave an impression. While several others in her field have already re-imagined all the human characters, she has thought outside of the box.

Let's take a look at some of her amazing Disney artwork including her latest pieces...

After seeing these, you're bound to believe in magic.

Moana.

This is incredible, and it's only going to get better...

Aurora.

The details on this piece knock me speechless.

Tiana.

Isabelle described this as "in progress" but it looks beautifully complete to me.

Belle.

The softness of her art is so gorgeous to see.

Pocahontas.

Imagine being this talented? I can't relate.

Ariel.

This is simply stunning.

Jasmine.

I see that highlight on her cheek. It's those little details that make this work the amazing art that it is.

Mulan.

Just have a look at Isabelle's rendition of Mulan... Wow.

Cinderella.

I mean, this is just magical how she can take animated characters and make them look so beautifully real.

Snow White.

We can't help but be smitten by each character as we see them from a whole different perspective.

But Isabelle is an artist that thinks outside of the box...

She takes other characters and also adds her own twist to them.

Here are the powerpuff girls.

First up, we have Blossom.

Bubbles.

Look at Bubbles all grown up!

And Buttercup.

That's the entire line-up.

She's also done The Grinch.

The Grinch never looked so good.

And then we also have characters from Scooby-Doo.

Say "hello" to Daphne...

And of course, Velma.

They're coming through looking like (Scooby) snacks. Love it.

And now onto the main event... The Disney animals.

It takes a certain level of creative flair to pull something like this off, but Isabelle managed to do it perfectly.

First up, we have Marie from The Aristocats.

That white hair is such a look.

Let's move onto Dory from Finding Nemo.

I love how her hair radiates her iconic colors.

Sticking with the fish theme, we have Lola from Shark Tale.

Lola is so underrated.

Now, we have Nala from The Lion King.

This is simply stunning.

And finally, we have Lady from Lady and the Tramp of course:

Amazing, right?
