Breaking news came in yesterday that Bill and Melinda Gates were getting divorced after 27 years.
Now an old interview of the pair depicts the cracks beginning to show.
Bill and Melinda Gates are getting divorced.
The couple have announced their divorce after 27 years of marriage.
Gates is the mastermind behind Microsoft - one of the largest tech companies in the world.

Not bad for a college drop out...
Yep, Bill never actually graduated. He initially left Seattle and enrolled at Harvard University in the fall of 1973, aiming for a career in law after pressure from his parents. However, he would spend more time in the computer lab than he would in class, and he rarely studied for his exams.
He dropped out of college in 1975.
via: GettyCollege life isn't for everyone. A mere 2 years after enrolling, Bill left Harvard and re-joined his partner, Paul Allen, whom he had started a small computer company with when he was just fifteen. Beats what I was doing when I was fifteen...
Bill and Paul were childhood friends...
Though they didn't get expelled for this...
The boys started a small company from the school.Instead of going to parties, smoking cigarettes round the back of the bikesheds, or partaking in any of the other generic high school shenanigans, Bill and Paul actually launched their first computer company while in high school, labeled Traf-O-Data. They even sold a computer to the City of Seattle, which was then used to count traffic.
Cue the birth of Microsoft...
Microsoft went from strength to strength.
via: GettyAfter nearly ten years of writing and developing the Microsoft operating systems, the company released its crowning achievement in 1985: Microsoft Windows.
Windows became the staple computer operating system.
All you '80s and '90s kids will certainly remember that iconic Windows logo. The software, which was a multitasking environment for IBM computers, would come to dominate the world's personal computers (PCs), and made Bill a billionaire by the age of thirty-one.
And he didn't stop there...
It seems that Bill has experienced nothing but success with Microsoft.
via: GettyThe fact that he's one of the world's richest men alone tells you everything you need to know, doesn't it? Microsoft is one of the world's most respected companies, and I, for one, can't picture anything ever going wrong for them.
And throughout all of his successes...
Bill had his wife, Melinda, by his side.
They have been married since 1994...
via: GettyAnd they have accomplished a hell of a lot together, including setting up the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which aims to reduce poverty and enhance healthcare in the United States.
They're also known for being incredibly generous...
via: GettyAnd they've donated hundreds of millions of dollars over the years to numerous charities and organizations around the world.
But just yesterday ...
News emerged that the couple are getting divorced.
TMZ broke the news.
Announcing that the couple revealed their divorce in a joint statement.
Now a resurfaced interview shows the beginnings of issues between the pair.
"After watching [Bill] react to her denial of vaccine conspiracies on a John Oliver segment last night, I knew something was off," a Reddit user proclaimed.
"I know my husband is not vaccinating people and putting a microchip in their arm because that technology doesn't even exist, and he's never uttered the words out of his mouth," Melinda laughed during the interview.
Meanwhile, Bill looked seriously uncomfortable and remained stony-faced.
"That was the first thing that came to mind when I read the news. Neither one of them looked happy in that clip," another Redditor claimed.
"He looked so quietly pissed off at her comment and I don't completely blame him, her tone only adds to these people's paranoia."
"Looking back the interaction between them felt a bit weird."
"I can definitely sense the 'I wish you had phrased that any other way' vibe coming from Bill at the end, and who wouldn't?"
"I watched the Last Week Tonight video on COVID Vaccines today and they showed an interview clip with Bill and Melinda that was off putting in content and delivery and now with this divorce announcement I can't help but wonder more about it being a sign of this outcome," a Twitter user agreed.
"I can't prove this, but I'm convinced this has to do with the interview clip aired last night where Melinda awkwardly tried to convince us that Bill wasn't tracking people through the Covid vaccines."
