Stefani’s marriage to Blake Shelton is reportedly on the rocks.

The couple first met while coaching contestants on The Voice season 7 in April 2014.
At the time, both were still with their previous spouses

Stefani was married to rocker Gavin Rossdale, while Shelton was married to fellow country singer Miranda Lambert.

The co-workers quickly turned into fast friends when they each went through their own respective divorces in the summer of 2015.

In July, Shelton and Lambert got divorced, and in August, Stefani and Rossdale split.

Stefani told Howard Stern in July 2016 that when Shelton revealed his split from Lambert to The Voice team in July 2015, she “went white.”
“I was in shock, because I felt like he was exposing me. I just couldn’t even wrap my head around it,” Stefani admitted of the moment Shelton broke the news.

“I didn’t want anyone to know what was going on with me … I had this huge weight on me and nobody but my parents and obviously everybody involved knew,” she continued.

It was then that Stefani started to open up to Shelton about the end of her own marriage.

“It was during that time, he came up to my chair … I never saw him look so upset. So then I was like, ‘I gotta talk to you,'” she explained.

Stefani added it was “unbelievable that God would put us in a position to have each other at that moment, in the same exact moment.”

The No Doubt alum also noted that she “wasn’t trying to start a relationship” with Shelton, it just happened.

The pair officially started dating in November 2015, and in 2021, they tied the knot.

Unfortunately, more than two years into their marriage, it looks like things might not be going so well for the pair.

According to reports from The Sun, Blake and Gwen have spent more time apart in the past few months.
Most recently, the couple spent New Year’s Eve in different timezones because they both worked on the holiday.

The country singer spent the evening performing at WinStar World Casino –which sits between Oklahoma and Texas–while Gwen spent the night performing in Las Vegas.

After the holiday, a source told Life & Style that Blake was “really upset” and “disappointed” that he couldn’t spend the big night with his wife.
Their insider also alleged: “Gwen and Blake’s marriage is definitely in trouble.”

“Lately, they’ve been at odds about everything from career decisions and the parenting of her three boys to where they spend most of their time,” the source claimed.
“The tension continues to grow, and Blake and Gwen are drifting apart as a result.”

One matter that could also be taking a toll on their marriage could be Blake’s drinking.

At the end of 2023, Shelton vowed to cut back on drinking, despite having several hit songs and a game show revolving around alcohol.

The country star hosts a show called Barmageddon, a bar-themed celebrity game show where stars compete against one another in pub-based challenges.

Despite his admitted love of drinking, he opened up about his New Year’s Resolution during an interview with Entertainment Tonight in December.
Shelton admitted: “I haven’t managed to stop drinking yet. That’s been, you know, even cutting back has been hard.”

“I mean, it’s a resolution though,” Blake began. “And I’ll say it again right now — that’s my New Year’s resolution.”

“Is to either cut back or stop drinking altogether,” said the star.

While Stefani hasn’t publicly commented on her husband’s resolution, alcohol iis the cause of problems in many marriages.

Hopefully, the pair can work through their problems in the new year and don’t have to endure yet another divorce.
Earlier this year, Gwen Stefani sparked a debate online after a public appearance, where she appeared looking slightly different.
Stefani appeared on the Late Night with Seth Myers, where she talked about her role on the singing competition show The Voice.

However, viewers were much more interested in her looks than the conversation.
But before we dive deep into that, let’s take a look at some of the world’s most beloved stars’ transformations…

She was 24.
Now, Roberts is a Hollywood icon, known for playing a range of different roles over the years.

Pretty Woman (1990) is still a classic…

It grossed a whopping $464 million worldwide.
She went on to star in dozens of successful movies after that…

Stefani went on to win many awards…

One of which was a Grammy that was awarded to her in 2002 for the Best Melodic Rap Performance.
However, in her most recent interview, fans didn’t recognize the singer…

And took more time commenting on her appearance than the actual interview itself.
The star wore a black, fringed, cut-out pantsuit and teamed it with a cobalt blue fishnet bolero which led one user to write: “Unrecognizable.”

A second added: “I am so sorry to say this, but I did not recognize her. Please Gwen, STOP!”

And this wasn’t the first time the fifty-two-year-old singer faced criticism…
She felt victimized by this ageism in the past, receiving a lot of hate from people who said she was “too old” for certain performances.
