Borat 2 Writer Speaks Out as Rudy Giuliani Claims He Was 'Tucking in His Shirt' During Scene | 22 Words

We weren't sure how Rudy Giuliani would dig his way out of this one!

And now Borat 2's writer has hit back at his bizarre excuse.

We all know that Sacha Baron Cohen isn't afraid to push boundaries...

And his most recent stint has certainly done that.

The British comedian has decided to target President Trump and his team directly in his new movie, Borat 2...

And he even managed to catch Trump's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, in a very compromising position!

Now, we're confident in saying that there's one thing that we all know Sacha Baron Cohen for...

 And that's Borat, of course!

The movie, which takes on the full title of Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, took on a documentary-style format...

And it involved Baron Cohen dressing up a local from Kazakhstan and fooling us folk over here in America into believing people from this country are completely backward.

Borat is supposedly the "sixth most famous man in Kazakhstan"...

And while in the States, he repeatedly insults the people of Central Asia and makes countless jokes about his bizarre culture that involves incest and the constant degrading of women.

Borat then fell madly in love with Bay Watch star Pamela Anderson while in the States...

And who could forget the iconic scene where he tries to kidnap her so she could become his wife?

But while it was all very funny...

 The people of Kazakhstan didn't see it in this way and they were insulted at Baron Cohen's mockery of their country. This ultimately lead to the actor being banned for life from ever entering the country again.

This didn't stop the movie from being an ultimate success, however...

And Borat soon became a household name all around the world.

It has been an ongoing source of memes for years now.

Remember when people walked around saying ridiculous phrases such as "niiice," and "sexy times" and "vagine?"

And this resulted in something strange happening.

Apparently, Borat was so popular, it attracted more tourists to visit Kazakhstan. In April 2016, Kazakhstan's Foreign Minister Yerzhan Kazykhanov even told politicians that after the film's release "the number of visas issued by Kazakhstan grew tenfold." He added, "I am grateful to 'Borat' for helping attract tourists to Kazakhstan."

But since 2006, we've sadly been basically Borat free.

 Sure, he's popped up here and there - but we've had no substantial content from the character.

Well, even though 2020 has been a terrible year, it has brought us some great Borat news!

 Because a second Borat movie is officially happening.

Borat: Subsequent Moviefilm will drop on Amazon Prime on October 23rd...

 And the movie will revolve around Borat dealing with his newfound fame following the first movie in 2006.

We're expecting the movie to be equally as funny and outrageous as the first one...

Because let's face it, Sacha Baron Cohen isn't afraid to offend a few people here and there!

And one of those people?

President Donald Trump, of course!

 Without being aware, of course. Baron Cohen has been ripping into the president ruthlessly and snippets from the movie have certainly proved that.

 All while dressed in a fat suit as Donald Trump. You really can't make this stuff up.

A teaser clip showed Mike Pence giving a speech during his rally earlier this year...

And his expression quickly turns to horror when Baron Cohen bursts into the room dressed up as Trump carrying a woman over his shoulder.

 "I've brought the girl for you," he continues as the crowd is stood in utter shock over what is happening.

It all looks hilarious, we must say...

But it has been reported that a certain scene in the movie involves Trump's attorney and the former mayor of New York, Rudy Giuliani - and he hasn't come out in a good light.

Rudy is reportedly featured in a scene with Borat's daughter, who is a twenty-four-year-old actor named Maria Bakalova...

But of course, she plays the character of a fifteen-year-old who Borat is trying to "marry off."

She pretends to be a conservative TV journalist who requested an interview with Giuliani...

And their chat, Giuliani can reportedly be seen trying to hold her hand, give her compliments and follow her to the bedroom.

Bakalova's character then takes off their microphones...

And in a still taken from the movie, Giuliani is seen laying on the bed and putting his hands down his pants as the young woman stands over him. Borat then bursts in the room shouting, "She's fifteen, she's too old for you!". All we can say is... Wow.

Since the photo was uploaded online, people have been left not only shocked...

But they've also been left feeling not at all surprised by Giuliani's alleged antics.

Since the still was released to the public, Giuliani was quick to deliver an explanation.

Taking to Twitter, the former mayor insisted that the Borat video is a "complete fabrication." "I was tucking in my shirt after taking off the recording equipment. At no time before, during, or after the interview was I ever inappropriate. If Sacha Baron Cohen implies otherwise he is a stone-cold liar."

Things were quick to turn political...

Giuliani tried to claim that Baron Cohen's prank was an attempt to blunt his "relentless exposure of the criminality and depravity of Joe Biden and his entire family."

But Giuliani actually addressed this incident months ago during an interview with the New York Post and said he called the police on the unknown man at the time.

He said, "This guy comes running in, wearing a crazy, what I would say was a pink transgender outfit. It was a pink bikini, with lace, underneath a translucent mesh top, it looked absurd. He had the beard, bare legs, and wasn't what I would call distractingly attractive."

The former mayor feels he's the one who has had the last laugh...

"This person comes in yelling and screaming, and I thought this must be a scam or a shakedown, so I reported it to the police. He then ran away... I only later realized it must have been Sacha Baron Cohen. I thought about all the people he previously fooled and I felt good about myself because he didn't get me."

But now Borat writer, Jena Friedman, has spoken out.

And it seems she's not taking Giuliani's excuses.

And even worse?

It seems to implicate a whole new world of deceit.
