The love for Brendan Fraser just continues to grow, and his latest interaction with a fan has left everyone feeling emotional…
The fan in question took to TikTok, to share her wholesome encounter with Brendan Fraser at the Calgary Expo.
She captioned the video: “I love this man […] everyone always says to never meet your heroes, I met mine and we almost burst into tears talking to each other. thank you for everything Brendan!” As well as adding the hashtags: “#brendanfraser #brendanfraserappreciation #brenaissance.”
The clip shows Fraser chatting to the fan while signing her Funko figure of him.
Fraser says the girl’s name, Imani, and to her surprise pronounces it correctly, before saying: “I’ve had a lifetime of people mispronouncing my name, I know what it’s like.”
She then asked the star if people often call him “Brandon,” to which he responds by rolling his eyes, confirming her question.
After signing the figure, the girl’s friend thanks Fraser for “making my childhood so awesome.” I think she speaks for us all there!
Fraser seems visibly touched by the sweet comment and holds out his hand for a fist bump, which they obviously reciprocate before leaving.
The video was posted online on Monday, April 25, and has already been viewed over 3 million times!
It’s clear to see Fraser has a large fan base, and the comments on the post further prove how loved the actor is, something we hope Fraser is aware of.
One TikTok user wrote: “I hope he knows just how loved he is.” While another commented: “Man this makes me wanna tear up, Brendan Fraser is a walking W and needs to be protected at all costs.”
