2 siblings have tragically died while on holiday in Florida.

The brother and sister from Kentucky were on holiday with their parents when disaster struck.

Thousands have sent their condolences to the couple, while police continue to investigate what happened.

A GoFundMe page set up for the parents of the children has nearly reached its goal of $200,000.

All donations are set to "help with travel expenses, funeral expenses, medical expenses, and whatever else may pop up during this terrible time."

"A MealTrain is being set up for when Lauren and Matt get back from Florida," Peak wrote.

"We will share those details on social media once they are finalized."

The children were described as being "Energetic, fun-loving, and huge personalities, these tiny people touched the lives of so many," the GoFundMe appeal read.

It was set up to help raise money for the family mourning the "perfect, little lives of Addie and Baylor Kirchgessner."

The children, aged 6 and 4, were on vacation in Panama City Beach with their parents when the worst happened...

A 2007 Chevrolet Silverado crashed into them after losing control at the Coconut Creek Golf and Maze course where they were playing.

The boy died instantly...

His sister died shortly after being rushed to hospital.

Panama City Beach Police are still investigating the incident...

As of yet, no charges have been made.

"This is a tragic event and our thoughts and prayers go out to the family," Debbie Ward, a spokesperson for Panama City Beach, said in a statement about the tragedy.

The Coconut Creek Golf and Maze closed immediately after the crash on Saturday

They took to Facebook, sharing a Bible verse to show support to those involved...

"'Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.' Matthew 5:4," they wrote.
