A care home manager has broken down in tears after she had to fire all members of staff that are still unvaccinated.
It comes as vaccine mandates are beginning to come into place in countries around the world.

Now, vaccines are responsible for wiping out some of the biggest diseases ever seen.
The smallpox vaccine was the first to be developed against a contagious disease. From 1958 to 1977, the World Health Organisation conducted a global vaccination campaign that eradicated the disease.
However, since the 1990s, there has been a distinct rise in “anti-vaxxers.”
The rise especially came after there was a rumored link between the MMR vaccine and Autism, though that was later dispelled.
Nevertheless, the damage had been done…
In March of this year, Forbes posted an article highlighting how many people, distinctly within Europe and the US, were hesitant when it came to the Covid-19 vaccines.
Now, what is an anti-vaxxer you ask?
An anti-vaxxer is essentially a person who opposes vaccinations and the laws made that mandate them.
Some anti-vaxxers believe that there are alternatives to vaccinations that may be healthier…
Though many argue that idea is naive and could put themselves, their children and others in danger.
Of course, the argument for and against vaccines could go around and around in circles…
As many people believe that their opinion is the right opinion.
However, some people have been left with little choice over their vaccine decision as not having it could put their jobs at risk.
This is because some countries around the globe are beginning to implement bans on jobs if people don’t have the vaccine.
In the UK, care home workers are now legally required to have had both of their Covid-19 vaccines.
And for those who don’t, they could lose their jobs.
Theresa Ingram-Gettins is a care home manager who’s had to sack several unvaccinated staff.
And after appearing on TV to talk about the issue, she broke down in tears but people have mixed opinions about it…
Speaking on the UK’s morning TV show, Good Morning Britain, Ingram-Gettins explained that she has started the “very difficult” process of sacking staff because they are unvaccinated.
She said that she has to do it despite knowing that she is sending some of the staff members “into poverty,” Ladbible reports.
Ingram-Gettins said the loss of jobs is beginning to affect “people’s mental health.”
She even claimed that it is having a knock-on effect on current staff and their “physical wellbeing” as they are having to cover shifts.
“We’re tired, we’re worn out, we’ve just come through a pandemic,” she said.
Before asking the UK’s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson: “Give us a break Boris.”
Do you think people should be sacked if they haven’t received the Covid-19 vaccine?
