Jana Kramer

"Well. Here we are. 2 days ago we flew to Canada. I can admit when I’m wrong and I feel like I should have listened, but I didn’t want to live in fear and I also trusted production that everything was better in Canada (it is as of now) so because production wasn’t shutting down we left as advised. As the hours literally kept passing there were new rules, precautions etc to follow so my concern grew larger. "As of today we shot our first and only scene. The Prime Minister put more restrictions on and the production did the absolute right thing by shutting us down. It’s safer for ALL THOSE THAT CAN to be home, and hunker down so we can stop the spread and keep our families and friends and people next to us healthy."

Remember, despite all the current events, there is no crying in baseball. Hanx."

"Hey guys! Day six in self-quarantine and I've got to say these past few days have got me feeling a bit philosophical. "You know this virus... it has affected the entire world. Everyone. It doesn't matter who you are, or where you're from, we're all in this together."

She continues:

"I saw a video of an Italian guy playing the trumpet on his balcony, for all the people locked in their homes, and he was playing 'Imagine' and there was something so powerful and pure about this video."

Before the video quickly switches to cuts of various celebs singing.

But, it seems the gesture didn't go down as well as Gal would have hoped...

In fact, after it surfaced, Twitter was flooded with furious viewers.

And many were raising the same point.

People weren't happy.

"this is so weird this quarantine is hell."

Viewers were all raising the same questions.

What is singing a song actually going to do?

Many were saying celebrities should be donating money instead of singing an "awkward" acappella.

The move seems to have really backfired.
