Channing Tatum has melted people’s hearts worldwide this week after he posted an adorable snap of his daughter Everly.
In the photo, the actor put his body on display as he enjoyed an evening at the beach while watching the full moon with his daughter.
The image – which is the first Channing has posted showing his daughter’s face -captured the forty-one-year-old tenderly holding his daughter, 8, as the duo posed by the rolling tide and prominently beautiful clouds.
Channing explained that they spent an amazing evening together, watching the moon and playing in the sea with glowsticks.
“You my littles are everything! You are my world and my heart. You were looking at the full moon in this pic and telling me the prophecy of the full moon mermaid and then we ran into the water and looked for her and played with glow sticks in the night water calling out to the mermaids,” he wrote.
“You said you touched a bald-headed mermaid and saw a tail. Haha, one day you will read this and I hope laugh. We have fun. hehe.”
Channing shares Everly with his ex-wife Jenna Dewan, who he was married to between 2009 to 2019.
Fans of the actor were gushing over the adorable snap, with one writing, “Such a wholesome daddy and daughter duo I hope the magic never disappears. What a lucky kid to have you as her dad!!”
One person even jokingly said, “As a parent of an only daughter, myself, this is truly beautiful! At the risk of being a killjoy, though, (read in a pirate’s voice) there be sharks in them there waters! Especially at dusk.”
When Channing isn’t doting on his daughter, the actor has been very busy filming his new movie alongside Sandra Bullock, The Lost City Of D.
But he always has time for Everly!
The Lost City of D is a story that follows a romance author, who learns that a supposedly fictional city she had written about is real. She, and the actor who portrays the lead character in her book, take a life-threatening journey to find this lost city.
The movie will be directed by Aaron and Adam Nee, from a screenplay written by Dana Fox. Seth Gordon, who came up with the idea for the feature, is also set to remain as a producer on the project.
The Lost City Of D is currently set to make its debut on April 15th, 2022.
