Footage emerged earlier today of a black teen being dragged over concrete by police while in handcuffs. The footage also shows that the teen was not resisting arrest.
The police officer in the footage has been given a suspension until January with full pay...

The police officer stands behind the teen as he is sat handcuffed on the ground before dragging him backwards as the teen asks him why he's doing it, adding that he'll get in the car himself.
The police officer in question has been suspended.
