Earlier today footage emerged of an underage black teen being forcefully dragged over concrete in handcuffs. The footage quite clearly shows that the teen is not resisting arrest whatsoever. The police officer stands behind the teen as he is sat handcuffed on the ground before dragging him backwards as the teen asks him why he's doing it, adding that he'll get in the car himself. The police officer in question has been suspended.
