A father of one was pronounced dead after getting entangled within a wood chipper. His loved ones have been left devastated by this tragic accident.

Police got a call at approximately 5 .A.M with reports of the accident.
via: FacebookOn Wednesday, A local police spokesman said that Brandon Lee Vandyke’s "partial remains entangled" in the machinery at the Phenix Lumber Company in Phenix, Alabama.
There were several factions that were responsible for recovering his remains.
via: FacebookA statement released by the department said the agencies involved in the investigation and recovery of the victim from the scene included: The Phenix City Police Department, the Phenix City fire department, the Phenix City Building Department, mutual aid from the Columbus Fire Department, Care ambulance, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Russell County District Attorney’s Office.
It all started when the alarm for the machine went off at 4:15 .A.M.

So he went to check on it...

This mistake led to his unfortunate death.

In an online obituary, it was revealed that Vandyke had one daughter.

She continued with her emotional message:
