Former President Donald Trump sent a bizarre – yet rather predictable – Father’s Day message to his political adversaries on Sunday, labelling them as “losers.”
Trump has been banned from Twitter and Facebook so he had no choice but to release his twenty-two-word statement through the political action committee.
And it didn’t take long for the message to be retweeted by his followers.
“Happy Father’s Day to all, including the Radical Left, RINOs, and other Losers of the world,” he wrote, as per the Daily Mail.
“Hopefully eventually everyone will come together.”
It just doesn’t make sense. Despite maintaining popularity in the 6 months after leaving the White House, Trump continues to gun members by referring to them as RINOs – short for “Republicans In Name Only.”
The Trump organization wrote another tweet as well, maybe one less abrupt than Trump’s personal message to the Republicans he calls “losers.”
“Today we celebrate the many incredible fathers throughout our Trump Organization family. Happy Father’s Day to you!” the tweet read.
The message was attached to a snap of Trump and his sons Don Jr, 45, and Eric, 37, walking along a colonnade.
Meanwhile, President Biden managed to take time to wish happy Father’s Day to people who ‘enrich our character’ and ‘love us unconditionally,’ a nicer message to Fathers around the world, less discriminative than Trump’s gnarly message.
“Happy Father’s Day to the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, and father figures who enrich our character, love us unconditionally, and give so much of themselves every day so we can live lives worthy of their dreams and sacrifices,” Biden’s statement read.
Biden has faced a lot of tragedy within his family…
The president is the father to Hunter, fifty-one, who he had with first wife Neilia, and Ashley, forty, whose mom is Biden’s second wife, Jill. Neilia was killed in a 1972 car crash that also took the life of the Bidens’ one-year-old daughter Naomi.
He was then hit with even more tragedy in 2015 when his son, Beau Biden, died of brain cancer at the age of forty-six. This is why the president holds Father’s Day extremely close to his heart.
Not only did Donald Trump hand out a strange Father’s Day message but his son, Donald JR, put out a video just as weird (if not weirder) as his dad’s…
“There don’t seem to be enough good dads out there. It seems to be missing from so many households and you don’t have to look too far into the statistics to realize how problematic that is,” he continued, “I’d like to thank all the dads that still function as disciplinarians sometimes.” It seems like a really strange Father’s Day message, not all that heartwarming and rather political instead.
