Exercise doesn’t have to be hard, and while everyone’s gearing up to embrace the “new year, new me” strategy, it’s important to remember that real change and routines start with manageable changes. You don’t want to jump head-first into fitness, or back into fitness, only to burnout. These amazing tools have helped me to get into (and back into… and back into because I’m a busy and imperfect human) the fitness game without overwhelming myself. I’m able to really enjoy the time I spend working out and it’s all easy to manage, even when life, inevitably, gets in the way!
