Elon Musk has (very randomly) started selling Tesla satin red shorts and the high-demand crashed Tesla’s online store…
And, being the founder, CEO, and Chief Engineering Designer of SpaceX and Tesla, he has an awful lot going for him.
He is a seriously smart guy and quickly putting aside the Tesla Cybertruck disaster last year, his success is undeniable.
Meaning that it will certainly take a lot to drag this man down.
And despite the devastating global pandemic that has brought millions of lives to a standstill, the businessman seems to be doing better than ever!
Musk has been dating Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, since 2018 and she revealed to the media that she was, indeed, 7-months pregnant with the billionaire’s child earlier this year.
Grimes said “music and raving” would play a big part in it.
“The baby has already been exposed to a lot of techno in the womb,” she said, alongside announcing that the baby will be raised as gender-neutral.
On May 4th, which is ironically Star Wars day, Grimes and Musk welcomed their baby into the world, with Musk sharing this adorable photo on Twitter in response to eager fans.
And when asked what the baby’s name is, Musk replied with, “X Æ A-12 Musk.”
But it really wasn’t.
The baby was actually called “X Æ A-12 Musk.”
And people were relentlessly trolling the baby’s name.
Musk and Grimes seemed to be set on this unusual name, regardless of the fact that California law wouldn’t allow them to place this name on the birth certificate anyways!
History was made when Musk’s SpaceX successfully launched its first shuttle into space.
And it was the first-ever launch that involved a spacecraft that wasn’t modeled and designed by NASA.
“I’m really quite overcome with emotion on this day. It’s kind of hard to talk, frankly,” he told reporters in a call after the launch.
“I’ve spent eighteen-years working toward this goal, so it’s hard to believe that it’s happened.”
It’s time to think again.
And it was all over some limited-edition branded red satin shorts.
Shorts aren’t exactly expected from a company that manufactures state-of-the-art vehicles, but it seems that these particular pair of shorts are very popular.
“Celebrate summer with Tesla Short Shorts. Run like the wind or entertain like Liberace with our red satin and gold trim design. Relax poolside or lounge indoors year-round with our limited-edition Tesla Short Shorts, featuring our signature Tesla logo in front with ‘S3XY’ across the back. Enjoy exceptional comfort from the closing bell.”
He announced that the website had crashed due to the high demand for the product.
And as of Monday morning, only XL shorts were still available.
But the majority couldn’t help but make fun of Tesla’s bizarre new product.
Musk has a well-documented disdain for short-sellers, tweeting in October 2018 that “what they do should be illegal.”
He also sent assorted shorts to the billionaire short-seller David Einhorn in August 2018.
It is assumed that the shorts will be restocked on the website very soon, so not to worry if you haven’t yet got your hands on a pair of these essential summer bargains!
