Ezra Miller, the star of the upcoming DC movie The Flash, has found their way back into the headlines once again.
This time for allegedly stealing alcohol from home in Vermont. The 29-year-old actor was charged with felony burglary for stealing several bottles of alcohol earlier this year, according to the latest police report.
Miller ended up being charged after the homeowner — who wasn’t home at the time of the burglary — reported the missing alcohol bottles to the police on May 1.
It wasn’t until Sunday that police could locate Miller and issue a citation to appear in court.
Miller is scheduled to be arraigned on felony burglary into an unoccupied building on September 26.
But this isn’t the first Miller has been arrested for allegations. Not so long ago, rumors spread across the internet of Miller grooming young girls.
At the end of June, countless victims of Miller broke their silence and spoke up about the trouble they went through with the actor.
One victim spoke up about an incident she’d encountered with Miller back in 2020 in Iceland. “I did not feel safe,” she said, recalling that tragic night. The actor allegedly called her a “Nazi” and “Transphobic piece of s***.”
Eventually, Miller left after she said she would call the authorities.
The actor is now back in the news after fresh reports suggest the star is seeking treatment for their mental health.
In a statement provided to Variety by a representative of the actor, Miller broke their silence about their troubling behavior…
Which, according to reports, has been exhibited in recent years and has led to a series of legal issues and assault and abuse allegations, for which Miller later apologized.
“Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,” the actor said.
“I want to apologize to everyone that I have been alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe, and productive stage in my life,” they added.
Miller, who is non-binary, played the DC Comics character Barry Allen in 2017’s Justice League and its 2021 counterpart, Zack Snyder’s Justice League.
But their role in the comic book franchise has been terminated due to their off-screen behavior, this has alarmed friends and associates of the actor, as well as Warner Bros., the studio behind The Flash.
But new reports suggest Miller is seeking treatment for “complex mental health issues.”
And a source close to the studio has said that Warner Bros. supports Miller’s decision to seek professional help.
Well, did you see that coming?
