Where did it all start?

Allegations of assault, abuse, and harassment have surrounded Miller since 2020.

Firstly, there was an incident in Iceland, where Miller allegedly choked a woman at a bar. They were subsequently asked to leave, but the police were not called.

The woman opened up about the incident in an interview with Variety: “I think it’s just fun and games — but then it wasn’t,” she said, explaining that the pair were originally talking and joking. She claims they then began discussing who would win in a fight. “All of a sudden, [they’re] on top of me, choking me, still screaming in my face if I want to fight.”

And that was just the start of the allegations made against the actor.

Miller was then arrested twice in Hawaii, once in March over claims of harassment at a bar and then in April for assault after they allegedly threw a chair at a woman while at a friend’s house.

Later on, in April, a temporary restraining order was filed by a couple in Hawaii, claiming that Miller, who was staying with them at the time, had “burst into the bedroom” and “threatened” them.

Miller reportedly shouted “I will bury you and your sl*t wife,” at the pair while they were in their bedroom.

The couple also claimed that Miller stole from them, taking a Social Security card, passport, wallet, and credit cards.

Then in June, the parents of Gibson Iron Eyes, an 18-year-old who had reportedly been living with Miller, filed a protective order.

Sara Jumping Eagle and Chase Iron Eyes revealed that they met Miller for the first time during the Standing Rock Reservation protests in 2016 when Gibson was just 12 years old.

The pair quickly formed a strong connection, with Gibson staying with Miller multiple times over the years, and in 2021 they allegedly went on the run together.

Gibson has denied all allegations made against Miller by their parents, revealing in a post on Instagram that Miller “only provided loving support and invaluable protection.”

Gibson instead claimed that it was their parents who were guilty of “emotional and psychological manipulation” and added that this case was “a waste of time and resources.”

Gibson’s parents later hit back on Twitter, Jumping Eagle tweeted that Gibson was “brainwashed” by Miller, who was “perpetuating cult-like behaviors and emotional abuse.”

And that isn’t the last of it…

According to the Daily Beast, not long after Miller went on the run, a mom and her 12-year-old child from Massachusetts were granted a harassment prevention order against the actor.

Miller allegedly acted inappropriately toward the child, making them feel “really uncomfortable” and “scared.”

And the allegations just keep coming.

One of the most recent allegations to come from police is that Miller has also been charged with felony burglary.

The 29-year-old actor was charged with stealing several bottles of alcohol earlier this year, according to the latest police report.

Miller ended up being charged after the homeowner — who wasn’t home at the time of the burglary — reported the missing alcohol bottles to the police on May 1.

It wasn’t until the following week that police could locate Miller and issue a citation to appear in court.

Miller is scheduled to be arraigned on felony burglary into an unoccupied building on September 26.

But it doesn’t look likely that they will show.

As the actor is currently in even more trouble…

On June 23, Rolling Stone reported that a 25-year-old mom and her 3 kids aged between one to five were living with Miller on his farm in Vermont, in allegedly unsafe conditions, with guns reportedly lying around the ninety-six-acre lot.

The children’s father later spoke out about the ordeal, claiming he doesn’t feel they are safe with the actor.

Just 2 months on, the woman, and her children are nowhere to be found, and police believe Miller is refusing to tell them where they are.

According to a follow-up report by Rolling Stone, police say they attempted to serve the mom an emergency care order to have her children removed from the property and from her care, only they weren’t there.

Miller allegedly told them that they hadn’t been living there for months.

What makes their disappearance even more harrowing is that the mom was posting frequently to social media up until later on in July, after which it appeared that her account had been deleted.

The investigation is still ongoing, and since the news broke, Miller has addressed their “past behavior” in a recent statement.

They apologized for their behavior and admitted they have now started treatment for “complex mental health issues.”

“Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,” Miller announced as per Variety.

“I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior.”

Adding: “I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe, and productive stage in my life.”

Despite admitting that their actions have been alarming, it seems Warner Bros. is still going ahead with their latest movie.

And have reportedly admitted they support Miller’s decision to seek help.

Many fans are outraged that the movie is still on the cards, with some announcing they won’t be watching the film due to the allegations against Miller.

Despite this, The Flash is set to come out on June 23, 2023.
