The star rose to fame as Vicky in the American Pie films.

At the age of 6, she became a regular on the game show Child’s Play, and appeared in over 100 commercials for big-names including McDonald’s and Crayola.

The star made the cross over to the big screen, landing her breakout role in 1998’s The Big Lebowski.

But it has since managed to cement its status as a firm cult classic.

She appeared in a larger role in the more financially successful film, Urban Legend.

In 2013, she appeared in the hit movie Sharknado – which raked in enough attention that it spawned several sequels.

Back in 2006, the star revealed in an interview with Us Weekly that she had undergone liposculpting.

At the time, Tara openly discussed how her plastic surgery had gone horribly wrong.

And that she wanted a “sixpack” for a new movie role.

And Tara’s new plastic surgeon, Steven Svehlak, explained that he performed a procedure called a “doughnut mastopexy” to correct her original surgery, and performed additional liposuction in hopes of evening out her abdomen. Yikes.
