I just saw the video of the CODM player (Ingrid Oliveira “Sol” Bueno da Silva is her name) that was murdered. And dude... I feel awful. I know it’s selfish, but that shit TERRIFIES me. All I want to do is go to events and meet people. But I don’t want to fear for my life— Elijah Jackson (@IAmHawksNest) February 24, 2021
Would love to dedicate an event in her memory, such a tragic event— The Athena Alliance CLT: Gaming Goddesses (@athenaclt) February 25, 2021

Oliveira, from Sau Paulo, Brazil, played under the online username "Sol" and was part of an E-Sports team called FBI E-Sports.
"She joined our girl's squad and made a lot of friends with the boys from the Black Stars line, where she stayed until the end. She was an excellent player, she had a space in our hearts," FBI E-Sports said in a statement. "She was an extraordinary person, always motivating and Her connection with all the members was super good, super respectful, friendly, and very polite. We dedicate her our utmost respect, and her family, our feelings, and our condolences."
But another player from the rival gaming team, Gamers Elite, eighteen-year-old Alves Costa, known as "Flashlight" online, had struck up a feud with Oliveira.
Alves, who was unemployed, had not met Oliveira in person before he welcomed her over to play video games - their interactions were kept via cellphone and online game chatter.
They played Call of Duty: Mobile together...
And he reportedly planned on killing her for at least 2 weeks, according to G1.
On Monday, it is believed that Oliveira had gone to Alves' house in the southeastern city of Sao Paolo.
Here, he allegedly stabbed the young woman before sharing harrowing footage of the killing online, The Times reported.
He also wanted to make sure that people watching the video knew the blood was really Oliveira's.
"You guys think it is ink editing, but it's not. I really killed it. I have a book, too. I asked people to disclose it," he said.
Footage of his arrest quickly started circulating online.
When asked by a law enforcement agent why he killed Oliveira, Alves could be heard saying, "because I wanted to."
Another person in the background of the video then shamed Alves by telling him:
"You are laughing at a situation, you killed a young girl, Guilherme."
Alves then replied:
"My sanity is completely apt. I wanted to do that."
