However, others are suspicious about the story.

“Normally high rise buildings have bars or something over the outside of the windows .. or they don’t open at all..” wrote one.

“This is so sad but why is she blaming the apartment complex. Where was she when her child was playing by an open window… ??” questioned another.

He’s best known for his 2007 breakout single “Low.”

However, Flo Rida has faced a rather turbulent time in his personal life over the years.

On January 18, 2023, Flo Rida was awarded $82.6 million by a Florida jury in his lawsuit against Celsius.

He had claimed Celcius had breached their contract and hid money from him.

Flo Rida also has a different source of tension.

He has a child he’s estranged from, and a rather difficult relationship with his baby mom.

Alexis Adams has spoken out against Flo in the past.

Claiming he’s been something of a deadbeat dad.

“Flo Rida has only seen his son once during the paternity test.”

Adams claimed to the Daily Mail in May 2018.

“But [he] kept his shades on and his back turned.”

“They were in the same room.”

“He didn’t try to hug Zohar, nothing.”

“It was very cold.”

Adams even accused Flo of calling Zohar an “evil f**king child.”

And, horrifyingly, this isn’t the only trauma Zohar has had to face.

The child also suffers from hydrocephalus.

This is a dangerous neurological condition.

It causes an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid within cavities in the brain.

Which means Zohar has needed lots of additional healthcare already in his short life.

And now, tragedy has struck Zohar’s life once more.

Flo Rida’s son has been in a horrifying accident.

Zohar Dillard is in intensive care.

This follows a fall from a five-story apartment block in New Jersey.

The accident happened earlier in March 2023.

But Zohar remains in the ICU.

Alexis Adams has now fired a lawsuit.

She’s claiming that landlord negligence is the reason behind the accident.

Zohar fell onto a hard concrete floor.

And has suffered fractures in his pelvis and left foot, UNILAD reports.

Alongside a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding.

Alexis Adams has also spoken out to the media following the tragedy.

“As a single mom to a special-needs child, this feels like a nightmare,” Adams said in a statement.

“My heart is broken into a million pieces.”

“I am devastated, angry and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries due to willful negligence of our landlord,” she continued.

“And others involved [have failed] to take necessary safety measures.”

The child “has been and in the future will be caused great pain and suffering, to his great loss and damage,” the suit claims.

“And will in the future suffer great physical and mental pain and suffering.”

Flo Rida is yet to speak out on the incident.

Although he has been contacted by the media for comment.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Zohar and Alexis.
