Alexis von Yates, 35 began an intimate relationship with her step-son.
The pair had been watching a movie as his father worked late nights.
The boy then became bored of watching the movie.
According to reports, Yates had intentionally suggested that she was craving intimacy.
She initiated several acts with the boy .
The teen claimed she had been making inappropriate jokes in the week leading up to the incident.
The shocking discovery came when the boy’s father returned from work.
He came back to see his son not fully clothed.
Yates was in the bed, also without any garments.
The teenager was then rushed to his grandparents’ home where he spent the night.
He called his stepmom in the morning.
He claims she said she wishes they hadn’t been caught.
The boy could then hear Yates and his dad having a heated confrontation.
The affidavit stated: “As he packed his things, he heard his father yelling at (Yates) calling her a ‘c**t’”

It’s said that the teenager has reached out to her on Facebook.
She did not reply.
Yates told police that she and her stepson hadn’t seen each other after the encounter.
After the incident, Yates had allegedly blamed the teen and called him a “master manipulator.”
Several other members of his family, including his father, had also allegedly blamed him.
His father later assured his son that he was on his side and would testify against Yates.
Yates’ sickening excuse unveiled.
According to court documents, when Yates’s husband caught her in the act, she apologized before giving a revolting excuse for her behavior.
“The (child victim) heard the suspect telling his father she was sorry, saying the child victim looked like his father when he was younger,” court documents obtained by the outlet state.
He alleged that she repeated the sickening comment comparing the boy’s looks to those of his father.
She claimed she told the teen to stop but he persisted.
The teen told his father this was untrue and she wouldn’t leave him alone.
She pleaded not guilty to the charge in December.
