Floyd Mayweather has faced backlash after refusing to take pictures with a fan over his painted nails.

What he said has left fans disgusted…

The retired boxing legend attended the game between LA Clippers and Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday night…

And when one overjoyed fan spotted him in the audience, he couldn’t wait to get a photo with his idol.

However, their encounter didn’t go exactly how the teen had hoped…

In fact, their meeting was so bad that he even accused Floyd Mayweather of being homophobic.

And it has left a lot of fans questioning Mayweather’s actions. They really went off on him…

Now, Mayweather is no stranger to controversy, and has been accused of using homophobic slurs before…

And, once again, people are outraged that he refused to take a picture with the teen fan solely because of his painted nails.

In the footage posted to Twitter, Mayweather could be heard saying…

“You want to take a picture, you’ve got painted nails, you can’t… I don’t take pictures with guys with painted nails,” in response to the boy asking for a photo.

Clearly in shock over the ordeal, after Mayweather left, the boy accused him of being a homophobe.

According to TMZ, a rep for Mayweather later said that he didn’t stop for the photo opp because he was rushing to leave the stadium.

However, Mayweather went on to take pictures with other fans with no problems, leaving us all a little skeptical; and the evidence certainly looks incriminating.
