WKRP in Cincinnati star Frank Bonner has sadly passed away at the age seventy-nine…

And tributes for the star have been quick to pour in from fans and celebrities.


Frank was best known for his role as Herb on the television sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati.

He directed several of the episodes of WKRP in Cincinnati as well as Who’s the Boss? and Head of the Class.
Frank also appeared in and directed several episodes of “Saved By The Bell: The New Class.”

Frank died on Wednesday as a result of complications from Lewy body dementia, TMZ reports.

Lewy body dementia is one of the most common types of progressive dementia.

His loved ones were said to have been with Frank when he passed away peacefully.

TMZ reports that his loved ones are heartbroken.
