Numerous celebrities have been taking to social media to share what they're doing to keep entertained in this medical pandemic. Keep scrolling to see some of the best ones...

Miley Cyrus is taking full advantage of social media in this time of quarantine.

The singer has decided to kill some time by launching her own homemade talk show on Instagram Live, "Bright Minded."

John Mayer has updated his followers with how he's coping with a series called "Current Mood."

He isn't taking things quite as seriously as some of his cohorts though, which honestly is what we're all here for.

Other celebs are trying to give back.

Kumail Nanjiani and Emily Gordon started a new podcast to help you stay entertained while you quarantine and they're donating all the proceeds to charity. That's what we like to see.

Josh Gad is doing his part by sharing some good stories.

He's reading children's books on Twitter, so now you finally have the excuse to leave your kids in front of the screen for ten minutes and claim that it's "educational."

Many of us have already seen the Gal Gadot project to get all of her friends to sing "Imagine."

And most of us were not comforted by her very rich bunch of celebrity friends in their very large houses telling us that we're all in this together. Weird.

And if you want entertainment that is truly wholesome...

Anthony Hopkins has introduced the world to his cat Niblo, and every single one of us would now die for that cat. Niblo, it's up to you to protect him.

But, like us, other celebrities are finding themselves going a little bit bonkers.

Apparently, if you're Madonna and you can't sing to big crowds you simply must sing to your hairbrush. Also, even Madonna is out of pasta, so that feels pretty relatable.

January Jones is hosting some kind of self-care party.

She says that mask is for her skin, but let's be honest, it's so that we can create a horror movie out of this whole experience.

Speaking of people getting weird...

We now all know that Cardi B. has absolutely no idea what you're supposed to do with Jenga. Also, she has no sense of self-preservation.

Judi Dench is a dog.

No seriously...we're less than a month into quarantine and the actual Dame Judi Dench has a dog hat with flappy ears, posting bizarre messages online. We are living in the darkest of times.

Ok, we need a minute to come back to something wholesome.

So check out this High School Musical reunion from Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale. Vanessa's moves with that wine are very relatable.

And even Nigel Barker, who's noted for being kind of a stubborn guy, decided to have some fun on the socials.

He roped his entire family into a living room dance party. I have to admit, his son's face is an entire mood.

Priyanka Chopra made us tear up a little bit.

Even though she's in California, she joined those in her native India applauding doctors and nurses fighting the virus.

And few people make us feel more connected than Lizzo.

She's been hosting meditation sessions on her Instagram, featuring her own flute playing. I could watch it forever.

Steve Martin is also here to remind us that music soothes the soul...

I'm not sure if banjo is the most soothing of instruments, but "Banjo Balm" is the greatest caption a Tweet has ever had.

Other celebs tried to offer more...Practical advice.

Neil Diamond rewrote Sweet Caroline to be a bit more in line with current WHO guidelines..."hands washing hands."

British rock legend, Liam Gallagher has also been offering quite a few tunes that can help you wash your hands.

We knew he had to do "Wonderwall," but this rendition is a little bit different from what we're used to. At least it's exactly the right length of time to make sure you've washed your hands...

And if you're still growing bored, Sam Neill is offering us some poetry.

And let me tell you, I could listen to his voice for days. Please never stop Sam Neill.

Meanwhile, Jessica Alba and her family are opting for a spa day.

Can she host one for me, please? And how are her kids so smiley after a week stuck in the house together? Jessica, give us your secrets!

Some celeb updates offer us nothing more than a peek into the lives of our favorite folks.

Like Arnold feeding his miniature horses. In his kitchen. You never thought you needed this, but it will fill your soul.

And if you need some inspiration for keeping your space clean during this time...

The person you need is Kristin Chenoweth who has given us the greatest version of cleaning ever. High notes plus Chlorox wipes.

But if you're looking for some slightly more adult content...

Paul Feig is hosting "Quarantine Cocktail Time," mixing up exciting new drinks every night so that you don't have to drink alone.

Alcohol seems to be the way forward during this pandemic...

Just ask Pink, who revealed that she attempted to cut her own hair after drinking too much wine while in self-isolation. Never change, Pink.

But the queen of all things boozy has to be Ina Garten.

Now, the Barefoot Contessa star doesn't look like your typical party animal, but she has been keeping her 2.2 million Instagram followers entertained in the best way during this pandemic.

Yesterday, the TV personality shared her recipe for a giant cosmopolitan cocktail...

And hilariously captioned her video with: "It’s always cocktail hour in a crisis! Recipe link in profile. #staysafe"

Plenty of vodka goes into the jug...

"Two cups of vodka, good vodka," Ina says, giving a cheeky nod to her iconic "good vanilla" line.

She then expertly talks her followers through the stages of making the boozy concoction...

And explained: "I like to make a lot of cosmos. You never know who's gonna stop by... Wait a minute, no one's stopping by!"

Was Ina a cocktail bartender in another life?

via: Instagram

Because she certainly knows how to shake that cocktail tin! "You have to shake it for 30 seconds," Ina adds. "You have lots of time, it's not a problem. During a crisis, cocktail hour can be almost any hour."

She finishes her video by pouring out her giant cosmo in a giant martini glass...

Now that's my kind of cocktail.

"Stay safe and have a very good time, and don't forget the cocktails," she declares, before taking a well-deserved sip (or gulp) of her handmade creation. "Mmm, delicious!"

If you want to make Ina's giant cosmo for yourself, you can watch the full video here.

But remember, always drink responsibly! Well, that may be a challenge with Ina's lethal recipe...
