Indiana Jones 5 is currently in production, but in a tragic turn of events, one of the crew members has died…

The Indiana Jones sequel is currently being filmed in Morocco…

But has already faced multiple setbacks.

The first was due to Harrison Ford suffering a shoulder injury in June…

Causing filming to halt for 3 whole months.

Then production was forced to stop last week because of Morocco banning flights to the country from the United Kingdom…

Meaning Harrison Ford couldn’t travel to set, resulting in more delays.

And now, tragic news has come in that fifty-four-year-old camera man, Nic Cupac, has died…

Shockingly, some people have taken to sharing vile comments online after learning about his death…

Cupac had previously worked on some of the largest franchises in movie history…

Including Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, and Star Wars.

So as an industry veteran, having worked on fifty-eight films and TV shows since 2000, he knew exactly how to handle Hollywood blockbusters…

This gave him the opportunity to fly out to Morocco with other crew members in preparation for a dangerous stunt using a rickshaw.

Cupac was responsible for set work and assembling prior to filming…

Sadly, as per The Sun, he was found dead in his hotel room in Fes, before filming had the chance to restart.

The news of his death shocked those close to him…

One friend said: “I’m heartbroken. Nic was such a lovely man.”

While another added: “One of the very best — taught me so much when I was starting out.”

The cause of Cupac’s death hasn’t been disclosed to the public…

But “he is thought to have died of natural causes,” The Sun reported.

Rest in peace.
