Marvel star Jeremy Renner recently updated fans on his recovery journey following a near-fatal snowplow accident.
Renner, famed for his role as Hawkeye in the MCU, faced critical injuries after a terrifying mishap involving a 7-ton snowplow near his Sierra Nevada home in January 2023
The actor’s heroic instincts kicked in as he aided his nephew in rescuing a stranded vehicle amidst a fierce snowstorm on New Year’s Day, leading to the mammoth plow rolling over him.
 The aftermath? Renner airlifted to the hospital in dire straits, his body bearing the weight of over 30 fractured bones including ribs, legs, shoulder, eye socket, and mandible, undergoing a slew of surgeries to piece him back together.
 Doctors grimly revealed the harrowing truth – the monstrous machine came perilously close to piercing vital organs or major nerves, a narrow escape indeed.
Despite the daunting odds, Renner’s resolve remained unbroken. “I’m just so blessed that I have so many things to live for,” he shared, citing his family and a fighting spirit as his driving forces.
