No wonder children are so eager to meet this superstar and according to the foundation, he is the most requested celebrity for critically ill children between the ages of 2 and a half and eighteen to meet.

The forty-five-year-old has been working with Make-a-Wish since 2002 and after 2 decades he’s granted 650 wishes — more than any other celebrity.

“Strive to achieve greatness while never downplaying the importance of goodness,” he posted, according to the Daily Mail. After hitting 500 wishes granted a few years ago Cena said that he would drop whatever he is doing to be a part of what he thinks is the coolest thing ever: “I just drop everything. If I can offer a fantastic experience, I’ll be first in line to do my part.”

It was set up in 1980 to fulfill the wish of a young boy named Chris Greicius who wanted to be a police officer. More than 520,000 wishes have been granted worldwide by the organization from visiting Disneyland to meeting celebrity heroes.

Cena plans to continue his charitable efforts as well as his total media domination.
