John Krasinski.
Krasinski will host on January 30th along with musical guest Machine Gun Kelly.
Born in Boston in 1979, the actor seems to be beloved by basically everyone on the internet.
Krasinski spent years playing The Office's Jim Halpert. He was one of the fan favorites, particularly because of his incredibly cute relationship with fellow Dunder Mifflin employee, Pam Beesley.
In 2018, he wrote, directed, and starred in horror movie A Quiet Place, to much critical acclaim.

Set in a post-apocalyptic world wherein most of civilization has been wiped out, A Quiet Place tells the story of the Abbott family – wife, Evelyn, husband, Lee, congenitally deaf daughter, Regan, and sons, Marcus and Beau, who must stay silent to survive in a world infested with monsters which hunt through ultra-sensitive hearing.
Krasinski's horror spectacle earned an impressive $85 million in revenue in the U.S, a figure much higher than the $60 million it was forecasted to rake in.

In fact, it earnt the title of the most terrifying movie of 2018.
Krasinski was due to host SNL for the first time back in March last year.
But as the industry closed down as a result of coronavirus, his appearance was cancelled.
Sharing the news online, Krasinski wrote, "Aaaaaand cue the pinching myself. #SNL"
