Josh Duggar, well known for TLC's 19 kids and counting, has been arrested by federal agents without bail and details of his charges have just been released.
It's also been revealed that he has been prevented from seeing his children following the arrest.
Duggar is currently in custody in Arkansas.
He was arrested on Thursday in Washington County, and he's being held in a detention center without bail.
Now this all began back in November 2019...
When Homeland Security was reportedly investigating the car dealership where he works.
Agents went to the dealership in Springdale, AR...
And there were reports they even raided the Duggar family home. Though of course, this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the controversy.
Many social media users have expressed their thoughts on his recent arrest...
The Duggars rose to fame thanks to the reality show 19 Kids and Counting...
But while the family portrayed a wholesome image...
There have been quite a few scandals over the years.
TLC eventually pulled the plug on the show in 2015 following Josh Duggar's scandal involving young children.
At the time, Josh said: "Twelve years ago, as a young teenager. I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret."

He continues, "We spoke with authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling."
The incidents occurred when he was fourteen, in 2002 and 2003.
The family didn't report the incidents until the statute of limitations passed in 2006. At the time Josh said he believed God showed him mercy and gave him redemption.
When asked about the current investigation, a Duggar family spokesperson says it's not true "any member of our family is the target of any investigation of any kind."
The spokesperson added, "Living a life in the public's eye has taught us that it is best not to reply to every rumor and piece of 'fake news' that is circulated online. It would be a full-time job if we attempted to do so."
However, it looks like things have escalated...
Now as far as we know, Josh's only current legal dispute is a civil lawsuit for real estate fraud.
However, it looks like his latest arrest is for something far more severe...
A source exclusively told The Sun "The family has known that this has been coming for weeks, and Josh has been preparing himself. They are praying together for Josh and Anna, who is standing by her husband as she always has.
"Family members are extremely concerned by what is happening and they just want to find out the truth.
"They know that this will put them in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, and are stunned they are having to go through this again."
"The family will be speaking out shortly and hope this in many ways will bring them closer together and even closer to God."
It has just been made clear that star has been charged after receiving and possessing indecent images of children. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years of imprisonment and fines up to $250,000.00 on each count.
The judge has outlined the expectations of a second hearing on May 5.

"I will advise the defendants that given the nature of the charges against him, the court would likely require a third-party custodian that he could reside with, and that would ensure compliance with conditions of bond," U.S Chief Magistrate Judge Erin L. Wiedemann said in court on Friday, April 30.
The judge recommended that the former TLC personality stay "in a residence where there are no minors in the home."
Meaning that he would not be able to return to his and Anna's family home if he gets released on bail.
