Justin Bieber is known for a lot of things and his dedication to his faith is one of them. Recently, the singer visited an LA prison with a pastor in order to spread the word of God.
People have had a lot to say about this after he was spotted at the prison...
The news comes after Bieber and his wife just got back from a romantic getaway over the weekend.
And his first order of business is to help prisoners see the light.
Read on for all the details.
Now, Justin Bieber has been in the spotlight since he was just a teenager.
He comes from very humble beginnings.
Born on March 1, 1994, in Stratford, Ontario, Canada, to a single mother, Bieber was completely unknown on the music scene until he started uploading singing covers to his YouTube.
His videos gained the attention of talent manager, Scooter Braun.

Clearly impressed by the teen's vocal potential, Braun got him signed to RBMG Records in 2008.Within 2 years, Bieber went from an unknown, ordinary teen, to a global superstar.
And, of course, we all know this song...
Bieber broke into the Billboard Top 10 in early 2010 with his hit single "Baby," which also featured rapper, Ludacris.
Not only did the single earn him huge recognition musically, but it also cemented him as a teen heartthrob for his young, female fan base.
His chart-topping success is groundbreaking.
According to biography, the star went on to become the first solo artist to have 4 singles enter the Top 40 before the release of a debut album.
Musically, there seems to have been no stopping the star.
For example, his 2017 collaboration with Luis Fonsi, “Despacito," broke the all-time record for the most number of consecutive weeks at the number 1 spot on the Top 100.
And, let's be honest, he's certainly got the glowing paycheck to show for it.
Now twenty-seven, thanks to the likes of his record-breaking music sales, merchandise, and sell-out tours, the star has an eyewatering net worth of $265 million as of March 2018.
But we all know that money doesn't always bring you happiness.
Bieber is a living example of that; you may have millions in the bank, but that doesn't mean life will be plane sailing. And, in his case, his career has been far from plane sailing.
After being propelled to fame at such a young age, stardom has certainly taken its toll.
His career has been rife with controversy, offensive behavior, brushes with the law, and an all-around "going off the rails" attitude.
It's a fate that many of us could see coming.

Several stars who have earned fame at a young age have gone on to stray from their former selves. Think Miley Cyrus, Amanda Bynes, Macaulay Culkin, and Lindsay Lohan, for example. And Bieber is definitely no exception.
He even had a brush with the law.
Sadly, Bieber's musical success is tainted by a backlog of controversial incidents.
But in the past few years, he's managed to change his life around...
He went to rehab, married the love of his life, and has been getting involved in activism over a short span of time.
But it wasn't only those aspects that helped him get back on the straight and narrow... It was also thanks to his connection to God.
It's no secret that the singer has been in touch with his faith ever since he was a young child and even though he lost touch with himself for a little while in his early twenties, the past few years have proved to be crucial in finding that connection again.
Now, he preaches religion whether it's on his social media accounts or in person.
And his most recent stunt garnered him praise from a lot of people.
Bieber recently visited a prison in LA to help "spread the word of God."
While some speculated if it was just a publicity stunt, others were vocal that the "Baby" hitmaker was an active member of the Christian faith.
He has been into church for a few years now. Seems real.

Those in prison are most deserving to learn about and receive God's mercy. Jesus said He didn't come for the righteous but the sinners. Good for Justin! Save souls!

As reported by TMZ, the singer was seen in his RV while pulling into California State Prison of LA County.
While it wasn't clear if Bieber went to sing or speak the gospel, the warden of the state prison signed off on a short visit for him and his pastor to support "faith-based programs."
And apparently, all COVID-19 protocols were followed during the visit.
The news comes after his latest album Justice has been climbing the charts since it was released on March 19th over a year after his previous, Changes.
You keep spreading that good word, Justin! In the meantime, you guys should keep scrolling for more news...
