Well, buckle up, because it’s quite a ride.

But there’s no doubt she has her fair share of fans.

As we all know, Kaley Cuoco used to be married to tennis player Ryan Sweeting.

She deleted all traces of him – literally.

The day she announced her divorce, she removed all traces of Ryan Sweeting from her socials.

And 6 months later?

With none other than her brand new boo, Karl Cook.

Well, some say there are several things that contributed to the disastrous end to their relationship.

Their relationship moved super fast, having become engaged after just 3 months of dating. Cuoco really wasn’t lying when she told Us Weekly this in 2015: “I’m such a fast-moving person. Everything I do is fast. I make quick decisions, I don’t wait around.”

In a 2014 interview, Cuoco told David Letterman the pair shacked up right after meeting: “We texted a little bit, dinner was great, and then he moved in the next day.” What?!

They’re also very different people.

A lot can change within a year and it seems the pair are a testament to that.
For instance, in January 2014, Cuoco couldn’t wait to thank Ryan Sweeting at the 40th People’s Choice Awards. After winning in the favorite comedic TV actress category, she gushed: “This is the second-best thing that’s happened to me this year. The first was marrying you, baby. I love you.”
But, fast forward a year when Cuoco won an award in the same category, but “forgot” to thank her hubby.

And the cracks were already starting to show.

But it simply didn’t work. An insider later told People that whenever the couple was seen in public, “the tension was noticeable” and “you could tell the honeymoon phase had ended.”

Well, according to People’s source, Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting simply had “totally different” personalities.
Cuoco was apparently “extremely focused and high energy” while Ryan Sweeting was not.

But, Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting didn’t exactly just “drift apart”…

By Cuoco’s own account, Ryan Sweeting wasn’t the same person she married.
“A little bit after we got married, I started feeling like something was off,” she told the New York Post in 2017.
“The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met,” she then told Cosmopolitan in April 2018. “And that wasn’t my fault. That was his.”

Ryan Sweeting’s supposedly bad eating habits got to Cuoco.
In a 2015 cover story, the actress told Shape that Sweeting had convinced her to take up a sugary diet filled with late-night snacks: “We had boxes of stuff that only a 4-year-old would eat,” she confessed.
“It was mindless eating. I was just doing it because he was doing it, and it was adding hundreds of calories I didn’t even think about.”

… addiction.

Ryan Sweeting was reportedly sober when he and Cuoco tied the knot…

But that reportedly changed following his 2014 back surgery, after which he allegedly developed an addiction to painkillers.

Talking to Us Weekly, a source claimed that “[Cuoco] supported him, but she said he couldn’t make the commitment to get sober.” According to Perez Hilton, Sweeting became depressed and the relationship started deteriorating.

“If you don’t stay sober, then I’m done.” Rumor has it however that Sweeting couldn’t ditch his addition, and after spending some time in rehab, he reportedly disappeared for “like 4 days” after leaving the center.

One told In Touch that it was Cuoco’s partying that caused a problem.

“She’d drink two bottles of wine by herself.”

This alleged dynamic may have triggered a fair share of arguments.

During these drinking episodes, Cuoco would allegedly drunk-dial her ex-boyfriend and former co-star, Johnny Galecki, which would always, according to sources, make Sweeting jealous. “She’d send him flirty texts and call him at 3 in the morning, asking if she could come over,” claims the InTouch source.

The source made the accusation that Cuoco is “really good at painting this perfect picture for the public” but in reality, she’s “hot-headed and argumentative.” Yikes.

In a 2017 New York Post piece, Cuoco claimed that Sweeting didn’t love himself and therefore, was incapable of accepting her love: “You just have to want to help yourself. “You can love someone so much, but if you don’t love yourself, it doesn’t matter, because you can’t accept love.”

She told The Talk in 2015, “I knew even deep down, I know this is just not the right thing. The right thing is coming for me, I knew it, I knew it, I knew it.”

It seems there were a lot of factors at play when it came to the pair’s doomed marriage.
