While the VP debate resulted in some serious drama, Kamala Harris' latest appearance has to be the best.

During a Zoom fundraiser for the Joe Biden campaign with the cast of the Avengers, she gave one more crack at Trump...

And people could not believe what they were hearing.

Now, Kamala Harris has dominated headlines of late, but her latest comment, in which she compared Trump to a certain intergalactic, genocidal warlord, is the cherry on top.

During the VP debate, she took on the current vice president, Mike Pence.

Pence, a socially conservative Christian from the midwest, had been rehearsing for the debate with Pam Bondi, the former attorney general of Florida, playing the role of the Democratic candidate, the Axios website reported.

It is believed that Pence had a swift plan of attack...

And some of his preparation has involved developing ways to strike his female opponent "without opening himself up to criticism that he is acting in a disrespectful or sexist way," according to NBC News.

But Kamala didn't take it lying down.

Harris, a former criminal prosecutor and progressive Californian, is widely considered to be a formidable debater.

Harris won rave reviews for her performance in an early Democratic debate when she criticized Biden for his record on race...

And her performance at the VP debate didn't disappoint.

Axios reported that Harris similarly planned to go in on the attack...

And it was anticipated that she would rebuke both Trump and Pence over their response to coronavirus, healthcare, and beyond.

The California senator had apparently “planned a handful of anti-Trump zingers"...

But, given the president’s ill-health, she toned it down.

Well, she toned down everything apart from the facial expressions... we can't forget about the eye rolls, can we?

Throughout the debate, the candidates discussed various topics, from the pandemic and healthcare, all the way to science and... fracking?

But it didn't matter about all the drama, because people were only talking about Harris and her facial expressions.

It's clear Kamala is an internet queen.

And her latest viral moment proves just that.

During a Zoom-based reunion fundraiser for the Joe Biden campaign...

Harris was completely open about the country's current situation, at one point comparing Trump to a well known Avengers supervillain.

During the Voters Assemble fundraiser live stream, directors Anthony and Joe Russo brought the Avengers themselves together for a video chat.

Chris Evans, Paul Rudd, Zoe Saldana, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Mark Ruffalo, and Robert Downey Jr. all joined the call, answering questions and talking about the upcoming election.

And the highlight of the live stream had to be when Harris explained why the concept of superheroes is so important within politics right now.

"Let's think about the Avengers in the context of this election," she said. "There is something about the values of the Avengers that reflect the core values of who we are as Americans."

She continued...

"Honor and decency matter. They matter whether you are saving the universe from Thanos or fighting for the soul of our nation. It's the true sign of patriotism, Captain America," she said, addressing Chris Evans.

"I often talk to my team about the Avengers, how everyone brings their own power, and are appreciated for that, and all those superpowers come together to deal with Thanos."

Which set her off laughing. "I just think there is such symmetry around that in this moment. He held the fate of the universe in his hand, and right now we're looking at someone who is denying science."

We all know who she's referring to.

Although the comparison between Trump and Thanos isn't new and was actually used on the @TrumpWarRoom Twitter account last year! Why he would do that, I don't know. Then again, it is Trump.

You can watch the whole live stream below...

Harris sums it up perfectly: "If the Avengers can assemble from across the galaxy, the American people can get together from wherever we are, whoever we voted for in the last election, whatever language our grandmother spoke, and come together to get our country on the right track."
