While the victory happened in Las Vegas, fans back in Kansas City couldn’t wait to celebrate the big win.

According to the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri’s Jackson County Family Court Division, the two suspects–who are not being named due to their ages–are being held on gun-related charges and resisting arrest.

“We regularly work with juvenile court officers on cases and we have worked with them on this case as well,” Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker said in a statement.

Baker continued, “Though we do not oversee or supervise the juvenile officers, we work closely with them. We expect to be at future hearings regarding theses individuals who were charged today in Family Court.”

The shooting happened outside Union Station as Chiefs fans were leaving the parade, and appeared to stem from a dispute, according to police.

Initially, three people were detained as suspects in the shooting but the third person — also a juvenile — has since been determined not to be involved with the shooting and was released from police custody.

To make the situation all the more tragic, at least half of the victims involved in the mass shooting are under the age of 16, Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves said.

Children’s Mercy Hospital said it received 11 children, ranging in age from 6 to 15.

Hospital officials did not specify if the 6-year-old was wounded by gunfire or if they were injured in the resulting chaos.
