‘Karen’ Leaves Notes Complaining About Neighbor’s Decorations So She Just Keeps Adding More

A “Karen” recently left a petty note on their neighbor’s porch complaining about their unusual Christmas decorations, but instead of giving in, the neighbor took their decorations to the ultimate extreme.

This will definitely be the best thing you’ll see today…

And despite the chaos and despair that 2020 has brought, people are now feeling more festive than ever!

And even though many families are sadly going to be kept apart over the festive season, people are trying to make the most of the celebrations.

The presents are wrapped, the turkeys are pre-ordered, and the Zoom calls are scheduled for Christmas day.

And nothing is quite as festive as a beautifully-decorated house, right?

And it’s become quite the competition among communities!

There are many Grinches out there who aren’t feeling very festive this year.

And one “Karen” recently got very upset with her neighbors when they refused to listen to her complaints about their unorthodox Christmas decorations.

Equipped with a festive Santa Claus hat, of course!

The gargoyle has its very own Facebook page – Frank the Christmas Gargoyle. Here he is, in all of his festive glory!

“So one of my neighbors left me a note informing me that my gargoyle statue is ‘not appropriate’ and ‘not in keeping with the Christmas spirit’,” she said. “They firmly suggested that I ‘rectify the situation immediately.’ Well, problem solved! Frank is now festive! I’m pretty sure that this is not what they had in mind and I look forward to the future note stating as much, but 1. Frank is very heavy and he doesn’t get moved and 2. I like him even if he’s not so great at warding off evil Karens.”

The gargoyle decided to “increase the degree of festiveness.” After finding out what happened next, the internet had some strong reactions…

“Got a new note wanting to know if ‘I think I’m funny’. Why yes, yes I do. I decided to add an elf on the shelf and leave a note back that the elf is always watching. I may add one item a day now like an advent calendar. Too bad my porch is so small, I could really deck it out.”

“Today we added a snowman,” she said in her next update. “No new notes yet, but the one I left was crumpled up and in my flower bed so ‘Karen’ knows it’s on.”

And his owner soon started receiving special requests! “Okay, this one is by special request. I don’t wade into the ‘Die Hard is a Christmas movie’ debate, but I imagine ‘Karen’ is not of the mind that it is. Therefore it seems most appropriate to include Bruce Willis in my display. Yippee-ki-yay and Merry Christmas! No new notes as of yet, but I will keep you updated.”

The “Karen” must have been furious seeing the festivities build and build…

And just imagine their horror when a festive skeleton cat joined the party! Well, this new addition resulted in another angry note being left accusing the neighbor of being “beyond childish” and “celebrating death.”

“I think he’s hella festive though. He’s also noise activated and has fresh batteries. Next time she leaves a note she’s in for a surprise. I made sure to put a collar and tags on him. I don’t want Karen reporting me to the county for having an unlicensed dog! This display is going to take over my entire porch.”

The “Karen” decided to leave another note on the porch by the festive skeletons.

The note, along with a meme that the neighbor posted on Facebook, simply read “go to hell.”

And it didn’t take them long to add some cuddly stuffed hippos to the army – leading the “Karen” t0 angrily leave a note saying, “HIPPOS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!.”

Placed next to a phantom snowman, of course!

Until one day, the neighbor came home to a horrifying scene.

“Karen’s note today indicated that she is most unappreciative ‘that I would choose to put VERMIN on my porch.’ My display is ‘horrid,’ and my parents ‘must be so proud to have raised such a completely disrespectful and spiteful daughter.’ Well, Karen, my parents are no longer with us, but I’m absolutely positive they would be proud and loving this whole thing,” the neighbor explained. “Where do you think I got my sense of humor and charm from? Plus, my mom taught me to never back down from a bully. So yeah, they’d be laughing their asses off. My mom would be making me more holiday hats to use.”

Well, it was decided that Frank the Gargoyle needed some back up so another gargoyle was placed for “double protection.”

And it seems that the bully next door has finally gotten the message that if it isn’t their property, it isn’t their business Keep up the festivities, Frank! For more Christmassy stories, read on…
